In certain situations we may be able to work out another mutually agreeable option, but this is solely at the discretion of Kinetic Paddlesports and clients are advised to presume the above cancellation policy will apply. If Kinetic Paddlesports offers any form of refund or transfer beyond the terms and conditions, this does not imply that the same offer will be made regarding future bookings.
British Canoeing Courses
Several of the British Canoeing courses we deliver require registration with British Canoeing or Paddles Up Training prior to the course, and have set prerequisites. Meeting these criteria is the client's responsibility and failure to meet the criteria or to register in advance and provide evidence of this, will mean the client will not be able to attend the course. In this situation, the cancellation policy above applies and no refund will be given. We will ask clients to send us evidence of this criteria prior to the course and we are happy to help with any questions you have and help you through the process.

Cancellation By Kinetic Paddlesports
Despite our best efforts, in situations such as inappropriate water levels; poor weather conditions; failure to make required numbers to meet governing body minimum ratios; if a course fails to fill to a financially viable level; or for any other unexpected circumstances, Kinetic Paddlesports may need to cancel the course. In this situation, clients will be offered the following options: rescheduling of the course to a different date; transfer to another course; or a full refund. Kinetic Paddlesports is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the client dues to course cancellation.
Client Ability
In order to provide excellent courses in challenging environments it is essential that clients provide an honest description of their ability level, failure to do so has an impact on the environment we are able to use and can have a negative impact on the other clients. If a client is found to have failed to provide an honest description of their ability, they may be asked to leave the course, in which case no refund will be given.
